All customers must respond to the confirmation text before the date of the event. Failure to do so will result in the order not being completed. Once the order is handed off Cheffin with Evelyn has no responsibility over damages caused after hand off. If you feel there was damage done prior to drop off or something is not done to your liking contact Cheffin with Evelyn directly and it will be discussed. Payment must be done prior to or the day of pick up. Payment may be done through Zelle, cashapp, cash, Venmo or Apple Pay. There is a 15 minute grace period for pick up, after that a fee of $10 will be charged for every hour the customer is late. If the order is placed less than 24 hours in advance a rush fee of $20 will be applied.
